Old Coach Road Sauvignon Blanc

The Old Coach Road Sauvignon Blanc over-delivers on all fronts. It has lovely cool climate intensity with elements of dried hops and passionfruit. The palate has tropical characters balanced with fresh natural acidity running the palate. Picking began when flavours, sugars and grape acids were nicely in balance, with varietal flavours and a fresh, lasting acidity.

Old Coach Road – this range is named after the Old Coach Road, a local Nelson landmark running along a ridge in the centre of the Moutere area. During the 1850’s the first regular mail deliveries were carried by foot and then by horseback. Old Coach Road wines were introduced in the early nineties, and include a bright and fresh, and fruit-driven Sauvignon Blanc, Unoaked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
