Bago Amarelo Albarino is made by Adegas Galegas. They make wines from three World-Class D.O.´s: Rías Baixas, Monterrei and Bierzo. This Albariño is from one of Spain’s newest D.O.´s, Rías Baixas, founded in 1988.
Translated, it means “lower fjords”. The area has many rivers and bays. It’s lush, green surrounding has the ideal climate and growing conditions for this noble white grape.
Vivid straw-yellow in colour with intense aromas of mango, orange and ripe apples. There are nuances of white stone fruits too. A well-structured palate, balanced and fresh. A rich tropical character and a lingering finish.
