Owned by siblings Louis and Marie Farbre who were early pioneers of organic viticulture in the Languedoc, Chateau Coulon sits on a hill near the village of Cruscades close to the Via Aquitania, a Roman road which links the Mediterranean to the Atlantic. This blend of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc is harvested at night to preserve freshness. Delicate aromas of honeysuckle, subtle flavours of peach and a hint of spice.

The Fabre Family have been producing wine in one way or another for over four hundred years. In 1711, the family settled in Gasparets, near Narbonne, in the Aude department of France. Louis Fabre is head of the family concern, which now includes five estates, having taken the reins in 1982. From 2014 he has been joined by a new generation, his daughters and niece: Clémence, Paule and Jeanne, respectively in charge of export sales, accounting and oenotourism.

Since 1991, Famille Fabre has been converted to organic viticulture and today 100% of its vineyards are certified organic, producing concentrated, flavoursome wines with genuine provenance.

As part of a passion for sustaining centuries of winemaking tradition while incorporating the tenets of social equality, ecological responsibility, and economic viability, the Famille Fabre estates are all HVE certified and are certified fully organic by ECOCERT.

From the southern part Beaujolais referred to as 'Golden Stones' (hence Pierres Dorées). Meticulously hand-harvested and de-stemmed, grapes from vines of over 50 years old are used to great effect. An elegant wine, with fine, soft tannins. Supple red fruit: raspberry & redcurrant.

Giving off a a great roundness and freshness, this rosé perfect for wellness days and aperitif, will also be an excellent accompaniment to your summer kitchen (salads, barbecues, grills and Mediterranean dishes).

Red, purple, dense, clear with deep purple glints. The nose is powerful and complex, dark, spicy, red berries and a delicate floral touch. On the palate it is powerful, concentrated and has a structured attack with a tinge of silky tannins. Red fruit aromas.

Loire valley: Apple, pear and citrus aromas leading to a refreshing, barely off-dry palate with subtle sweetness and hints of quince brightness. Fresh, rounded and ample in the mouth. 100% Chenin blanc.

Château Labadie (Cru Bourgeois) lies close to the village of Bégadan in the Médoc, between the Gironde River and the Atlantic Ocean. The name is a nod to the first block of vines bought by Yves Bibey in 1988 with his wife, Adelaide. The vineyard of this family-run estate is divided into two distinct parcels; clay limestone soils - providing wine with good structure - and gravel soils - which add finesse. Of the 40 hectares, 51% are planted with Merlot, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% each Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Wines are fermented in stainless steel or cement and aged in oak barrels - just a small percent of which is new - for 12-15 months.
