An incredibly elegant Côtes de Provence rosé, with layers of fruit balanced by refreshing acidity. It is delicious served as an aperitif or with Provençal style foods that are rich in flavours like olives, garlic and oily fish.
From ancient vineyards in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appelation. This wine is sourced from some of the finest sites in the region. In the vineyard, particular attention is paid to planting. Each variety is grown on the most appropriate part of the Estate, allowing it to reach its full potential. Grenache is the most widely planted grape, prospering in the deep and almost stone free ground.
Being southeast facing, the vineyard is directly influenced by the nearby Mediterranean Sea. The wine therefore offers a subtle character brought about by the sea air.
