With the archetypal favour of the Seville orange and distilled it with a gorgeous combination of botanicals, infused more Seville Orange peel and then added a slight sweetness to create a citrus- forward, contemporary gin built on the backbone of British tradition.
Old Tom Gin, as a style, is a little sweeter than a London Dry. This is no exception, but not too sweet to put o the gin purists out there. The ante has been upped on the dry gin with added seville orange peel, a little star anise and some liquorice root at the point of distillation. It’s then infused the gin with traditional marmalade for two weeks and brought the ABV down to 40% with hand squeezed orange juice.
