They use classic West Country cider apples, long, natural fermentations, and methods that give Bollhayes its unmistakable depth and elegance — from their dry Devon cider to thier Champagne Method Cider and Perry. A fine cider made by the Traditional Method of fermentation and long maturation in the bottle, producing a profusion of fine bubbles and a clear, bright golden colour. Think Champagne but made with apples instead of grapes.

Made from carefully selected West Country cider apples to give a generous flavour with a good balance of tannin and acidity. Serve lightly chilled. Excellent on its own of with a wide range of savoury foods.
