Chateau Paquette Cotes de Provence Rose 75cl

Founded in 1952, Chateau Paquette is the favoured Provence rosé of Liz Gabbay MW - and you can'y get a bigger endorsement than that! Bought by Marcel and Gilberte Paquette it is still in family hands with 3^rd generation Jerome Paquette running the estate. Originally called Domaine de Curebeasse, the name was changed to Chateau Paquette in 2013 to celebrate 60 years of the family ownership.

Really lovely, bright, floral notes with delicate hints of peach skin. Lightly warmed berry fruit, very approachable with dustings of white pepper and some watermelon skin coming off. A splendid rosé.
