Chateau Paquette Cuvee Themis Rose 75cl

Founded in 1952, Chateau Paquette is the favoured Provence rosé of Liz Gabbay MW - and you can'y get a bigger endorsement than that! Bought by Marcel and Gilberte Paquette it is still in family hands with 3^rd generation Jerome Paquette running the estate. Originally called Domaine de Curebeasse, the name was changed to Chateau Paquette in 2013 to celebrate 60 years of the family ownership.

Themis is the ancient Greek Titaness of divine law, natural order, and justice, often depicted holding scales to weigh evidence. Derived from Greek for "that which is put in place," she embodies "right custom" and, as Zeus's wife, symbolizes organized, righteous order.

A really fun, spicy style of wine, orange citrus fruit, very well balanced and with some lovely delicate floral notes.
