De Saint-Gall Le Tradition Premier Cru Brut Champagne

Union Champagne is a collective of co-operatives, created almost 50 years ago by wine growers determined to create the finest Champagnes. Made up of 14 cooperative wineries that draw their strength from its 2,000 member winegrowers on 1,350 hectares in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims – 90% of which are either Premier or Grand Cru and exclusively Chardonnay or Pinot Noir.

A wine of marvellous balance, this Champagne is a delicious blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Its appearance is an enticing golden colour and it is expressive and refined on the palate with a hint of vinosity.
