Toro Albala are famous for their award-winning vintage Pedro Ximenez (PX) wines.

The colour is almost jet black, a signature of Pedro Ximenez wines. On the nose there is liquorice, black olives, peach syrup, Arabic coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon. The palate has a cedar note from the long ageing in oak. An excellent dessert wine by itself, but a perfect partner for strong blue cheese.
