El Cerro Negro, Honduras (Natural)

This delicious coffee was produced by Walter and Sergio Romero, third generation coffee farmers and brothers from Corquin, in the Copan department of Honduras. Nestled within the village of El Cerro Negro, this farm is renowned for producing high quality speciality coffee with its rich soil and high altitudes.

The Romero brothers have focused primarily on growing Parainema - a varietal that was originally created in Honduras and is known for its unique flavours. They have taken an organic approach to farming, using natural methods of fertilisation which requires a high level of planning and dedication.

This dedication and commitment to quality shines through in the cup, with delicious fudgy, chocolatey notes balanced by a touch of sweet cherry.
