This wine has a rather pale straw yellow color. The nose denotes hints of aromatic herbs, superimposed on citrus notes. We also find background hints that can remind us of custard. In the mouth it is well balanced, with excellent acidity and good persistence. Long and dry finish
This Vitatge Vielh from Clos Lapeyre winery is a product resulting from the use of three traditional grape varieties from this French region. It comes from a parcel of 1.80 ha planted in 1940. It is fermented and aged in 600-liter barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for about a year. Before being bottled there is a passage of about 6 months in steel.
