L'Artisan Pinot Noir has a medium ruby colour. It offers aromas of black cherries with a hint of spice. A perfect balance between fruit and acidity. This light bodied wine will pair with a charcuterie board or soft cheeses.
The grapes are harvested at night to avoid oxidation. After fermentation 30% of the wine is aged in French barrels for 4 months.
