Pavillon de Trianon Bordeaux Blanc

The 14,5 hectares estate is located south west of St Emilion, and since 2000 belongs to Dominique Hébrard, former co-owner of Château Cheval Blanc, which had been in his family since 1832. Dominique was a member of its board between 1991 and 1999. and was responsible for the vineyard management, winemaking, and marketing. Since his ownership of Château Trianon, he undertook its re-organisation and renovation as well as the development of its brand. 

Peach, pear and citrus fruit, and a saline finish. Great depth, concentrated and well-balanced. A stylish wine with a touch of mint at the lengthy mineral finish.
