#Lou Peyrassol Rose - Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. Each variety is vinified separately. When they reach the win store, they are immediately pressed, then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Ageing is 8 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.
La Bella Rose Pinot Grigio Blush -The colour of this delicate “blush” wine comes from the skins of the pink-tinged Pinot Grigio grapes. This is a fresh and crisp wine with a zesty aroma and a fruity flavour with notes of ripe pear and peach.
Bouchon Pais Rose - Fresh and crisp. A salmon pink rose made using the Pais grape variety. This wine is a lovely alternative to to the Provence style. Dry with complex berry and cherry fruits.
Exhib Cotes du Thau Rose - A light fresh Southern French rose . Pale salmon pink colour. Intense, fresh, lovely notes of pink grapefruit, fresh peach and citrus with an elegant dry palate. The wine comes in an amazing glass bottle with a glass top. The area has a famous nudist beach- hence the name of the wine!
11th Hour White Zinfandel - Off-dry and very fruity, with crisp strawberry and raspberry flavours. Serve chilled, ideal before food or with Asian cuisine, salads and fruity based desserts.
Brampton Rose -With its appealing pale salmon tint, this wine presents complex red berry notes on the nose, followed by bright red berry and strawberry on the palate. Offering great freshness, balance and drinkability, this Rose is crisp and dry, but with a pleasant hint of fruit sweetness.
