Primitivo di Manduria Borgo del Mandorlo

The Borgo del Mandorlo Primitivo is sourced from top vineyards in the DOC Manduria zone - home of Italy's best Primitivo vineyards in Puglia. At harvest, some of the grapes are given a little Ripasso, or drying on racks, to increase the intensity and concentration of the wine.
