Soave Castelcerino Cantina Filippi 75cl

Soave Classico Castelcerino Filippo Filippi, organic, fresh, leesy, minerally. Castelcerino is the entry level wine from Filippi but is far from basic. 100% Garganega from 70 year old vines, fermented with natural yeast at a cool temperature. This wine is a pure expression of the excellent terroir it comes from and shows that Garganega can make really elegant and fresh wines and doesn't need beefing up by oak ageing.

It spends 4-6 months on the lees. Organic production also means very low sulphur use and only at bottling. Fantastic terroir wine, purity and terroir with no funkiness.
