Westcott Vineyards
Westcott Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir
An idyllic family run winery in Niagara, the perfect cool-climate area for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The property has been farmed since 1834 but was acquired by Westcott Vineyards in 2006 when Grant Westcott and Carolyn Hurst, both having had highly successful careers in banking and tech, turned their passion into a business reality.
A lush fruit-forward nose of dark cherry gives way to warm smoky notes and ripe dark fruit. Medium acidity with grippy yet balanced tannins. The wine is great to enjoy now but will also soften and develop with a few years in the bottle.
ABV: 12.5%
Country: Canada
Region: Niagra Escarpment
