Weingut R&A Pfaffl are a family winery run by siblings; Roman Joseph Pfaffl and Heidi Fischer. Based in the Lower Austria wine region of the country and is made up of both native and international grape varieties. It offer a fantastic introduction to another of Europe's amazing wine producing nations. Their philosophy is to respect management of natural resources and environment. Meticulous canopy management, manual selection of grapes, and sensitivity for the vines’ needs make it possible to cope with the vagaries of the weather and produce top quality wines year for year.

All we did was make sure our typical Austrian grape Zweigelt was ripe, sweet, and crisp. Nothing more. Dot. Austrian Cherry is like Prince Charming putting the cherry on your cake!
