#lou by Peyrassol is the perfect summer rose. A blend of 40% Grenache, 25% Cinsault, 20% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre.
A pale and delicate pink. Notes of small wild berries mingle on the nose with a hint of juniper. This spicy touch supports the vivacity of the palate full of exotic citrus fruits. The wine is harmonious, clean and refreshing. Full of charm, #LOU rosé is particularly enjoyable on its own or with Asian cuisine: Chinese jiaozi stuffed with pork or shrimps, steamed dim sum or Thai style fried noodles.
